Actually, Norma, you lose an hour's sleep. Gain it back in the fall. Spring ahead, Fall back. When I set my clocks at 10 tonight, it will all of a sudden be 11. Not only did I gain a YEAR yesterday, now I get to lose an hour for a few months. But the dogs will still be up at the "old" 6:30, and we'll all be very confused for a week or so. Or maybe just being confused is a way of life? Is it AZ the only state that doesn't recognize DST?
