Yes they are. My sister lives in Pipersville PA on 11 acres and her
neighbor claims to have had a (hound) bitch even bred by one. (The bitch was
in a
six foot chain link run BTW, so when I heard that, I was a bit dubious, and
when I expressed that my sister replied they go right up and over then out
again if there is any food left in a dish, so I guess I stand corrected.)
