DSPCA condemns Dublin City Council's 'dangerous dog' ban Saturday, July 7, 2007 An animal protection group is describing the move by Dublin City =20 Council to ban eleven breeds of dogs from its properties as "totally =20 irresponsible". The Council will no longer allow certain breeds of dogs, including =20 Rottweilers and German Shepherds, to be kept in houses and flats. The ban on so-called "dangerous breeds" may also be extended to =20 public parks.
