I just meant that we do not yet know all about the GSD DNA and should be
careful about eliminating a chunk of it. Homozygous Dals as I was told
produce low uric acid levels and small spots. Heterozygous produce high
uric acid and large spots. In show Dals large spots are preferred.
Imagine if some of our diseases could be as easily cured as changing a
dogs spots!
