Had a rouge thunderstorm in Lancaster yesterday, my home town and the temp was
100. Today it was 108 in Wichita Falls. Only Eight more weeks of 100 degree
temps. This is why I would never go to the shows in Corpus Christi. It's too
hot in July to drive all the way down there, what if your vehicle broke down
with the dogs in it.

Y'all can pretty well bet it had something to do with the nasty assed heat wave
we are having. We ALWAYS have hot summers, but so far this year , at least here
in Central Texas we have had close to 20 days of a 100 or more..........and
then you factor in the heat index......that pulls it up to 110 for the last
couple of days here in Killeen. There is no real end in sight..........and NO
RAIN! It is BRUTAL to go outside, like a blast furnance from HELL. My guys run
out, do their thing......and are right back in the house. This morning at 5
AM, it was STILL 83 and 48% humidity. Mo
