I was watching one of those Judge Arbitration shows on TV and caught a
few minutes of a Vet giving expert testimony. Most of what she said, I had
never heard
before
1. UMBILICAL HERNIAS - cause systemic infection.
I thought they were due to a bitch pulling too hard when cutting her
cords.
2. Shots given by breeders do not count (So the puppy could ahve had parvo or
some other
disease) because they may be administered incorrectly they cause a systemic
infection, or if
the temperature of the vaccine was not kept properly it would also do the same
Hence the breeder lost, in spite of her having a vet certificate saying that
the puppy did not have
an umbilical hernia.
