I read the subject line to this post as Blood Draw at the national. After all
the excitement on this list, I thought I bet there will be :0)
The Pity Party People and probably going to be the safe group this year. Do
you good folks have your T shirts ready? That truly was a fun year!! I will be
at the national this year and if I can figure out a way to post pictures of
some of the action I will try.

On a more serious note ...
I am concerned, if all of the DNA research pans out and they come up with
tests for every possible GSD problem, how will breeders use that? We've already
seen a movement for using only ofa certified dogs, too often with little
apparent concern for those dogs' siblings' ofa results. Will breeders throw out
every dog that has a dna identified problem? If this technology really is
coming, it might be a good idea to discuss how it will be used by breeders.
