Same difference in a gene for coat color in German shepherds, color genes do not determine the species, period. I agree. So then, why are they disqualified? I have seen a lot of suggestions, but no one has told me a valid reason to disqualify White shepherds. There must have been one at some time. Or maybe there still is and we just have not heard the reason.
