Please re-share. This is from Marjorie Zimmerman: "The University of
Florida still has approximately $25,000 in research money that was donated
specifically for, and earmarked for Dr Clemmons DM research! I have
repeatedly requested that they turn over the specifically earmarked funds
to him, last June! They informed me that they would send a letter to the
donors, but they have not done so, thus far. Case law says they must either
refund the money to the donors or give the money to Dr Clemmons to continue
his DM research. If you or anyone you know donated money to the University
of Florida, earmarked for Dr Clemmons DM research, please have them get in
touch with me. Our dogs continue to die from DM, while the money sits! They
wanted to give it to another researcher who has no experience with DM, but
I stopped that in its tracks. A class action lawsuit would make them
comply, as earmarked funds are EXACTLY that, with case law behind it!"
