Thanks to all for your suggestions. Since Helen expressed concern as to
whether I was well or not - I am well and not ready to "kick that old bucket"
yet. This was precipitated by the decision that we really need to sell Lake
Anna because the house (100 years old, no heat, etc.) is too much for us and
needs to be torn down. We don't want to put the money into building a new
house there. So now hubby dear is in a hurry to get the place cleaned out and
I
need to decide whether to scatter the ashes there as I had thought I would
(with plans to leave the place to our son) or now bring them back up to the
house here and decide what to do.
Still deciding. But I plan to be around for a long time yet - as long my
ailments remain in the curable category of things like carpal tunnel which
just
limited my ability to write and use my good right arm for a while in
February. But the doctor said my recovery from that surgery was "phenomenal".
I
could straighten my elbow and make a fist only 5 weeks after surgery. But of
course, you all knew anyway that I was 'phenomenal"!!! LOL
