[ SHOWGSD-L ] Cutbacks in ACO's in Riverside County, CA

This may be good news for some and bad news for others in Riverside County,
but I just heard that Riverside County is going to cut back on payroll and
one of the targeted departments will be Dept of Animal Control. I imagine
it will put a crimp in enforcement of the MSN. Unfortunately it will mean
lack of enforcement of things like leash laws, etc.
