This has nothing to with the dogs' health or structure. It's there to
humiliate the breeders of those dogs. They waited until they dogs
were awarded the win, THEN did the vet check. If they were truly
concerned about the health of the dog, they should have vet checked
before the judging.
What you should realize is that this is "coming to America," and while
we can say we are Americans and we won't let government tell us what
to do with our dogs.... oooops, they already are.

Mandatory spay/neuter
dog limits
Rabies vax on THIER schedule, not the proven heathy one
microchips
I could go on...
