All of this talk is very good as long as the person who has to do the
critique can communicate well. There are a lot of people who do a good
job judging that do not do a good job at putting their thoughts into words
and stick a microphone in their hand and they get tongue tied. And do then
what do you have but to all practical purposes a person who does not know
what they are doing when in reality they just can not verbalize it.
