[ SHOWGSD-L ] Court Case to Stop Dog Limits

I am fortunate that I live in a town which does not have a dog limit which does
not affect me and my dogs/pups as of yet. But I have friends locally that are
only allowed 2-4 dogs, and if the township finds out they have pups on the
premise they could be fined for being over the dog limit. I even have a good
friend in another state who has 3 elderly rescue dogs which she can not adopt
out, and she has even been fined in the past for keeping these dogs. But the
only option she has is to put them down, which she of course refuses.
