1983-- when it was split. I was only doing the complete Herding Group ,as
an AKC Judge,
and it was slit ,so I had both Groups( Herding & Working) then--started me
on my way to try for all breeds. Ended up with 5&1/2 Groups plus 5 Toys.
The way they are approving Judges now is ridiculous. I'm glad I did all that
