Bones cooked as long as Mike suggested turn into mush and can be smashed with a 
large spoon or pureed in the blender..
 
The main problem with cooking is cooking out alot of the essential vitamins and 
nutrients which means you are going to have to supplement...
 
I also believe in raw eggs, fish oil (usually salmon, but fish body works) and 
I do use some oatmeal with my raw....
