[ SHOWGSD-L ] Contracts

I was wondering....how did all of you "in the know" write out your
contracts? I've been to several sites (including GSDCA, thank you Kathy :)
) to look at sample contracts, and all I am is confused :-/
I don't read or speak legalese. I know what I want my contract to state and
cover, but writing it correctly is difficult and extremely frustrating. I'm
on draft #14981209851850910959095901 and it's still full of holes (big
holes...not little nit picky holes).
.....Help?
