Hmmmmmmmmmm it took me 3 or 4 years before someone took pity on me and sold
me a "good one". (Thank you Betty & Leon).
He produced a CH from his first litter as did HIS son.
I don't even want to think about the emotion or $$$$s spent on ones bought
that were "less-than".
I will say I get a lot more satisfaction from breeding CHs, nice
performance dogs and producers than I do buying them. I have also noticed a
whole
lot more opportunities once dues are paid. I haven't taken too many up on
their kind offers though because I keep the #s down.

You can say that again, about breeding being a "special gift," but, please
don't denigrate us buyers and exhibitors!! Did you ever try to buy a good
one? Took me (just an "anyone," as you put it) 34 years for someone to
give me one to show successfully!
Thank heavens for breeders; I do not have the heart, the stomach, the eye,
nor the talent to breed good ones, let alone bad ones!!! :-) :-)
