They are SUPPOSED to be speutered....but they don't have to provide
any proof. Unless of course someone kicks up a fuss about a
particular dog, then proof might be requested. MIGHT.

That was the original plan, but that too has been changed. Any club
that holds obedience/rally/agility can take entries from mixed breeds,
even at shows that have conformation. They aren't REQUIRED to take
mixed breeds, every club can decide when they apply for the show.
