There are rules and regulations for all of us on a daily basis. They are
there to protect whatever or whoever. We live with it every day.
Some of my friends have white German Shepherds, they prefer them over ours.
A pure white is beautiful to look at but I just prefer the coloring of mine.
I believe there must be a reason other than the color to be kept from the GS
Register and perhaps it has something to do with health problems and
genetics. Those who set the rule would be able to shed some light on it for
us. In the meantime I am willing to accept this rule as it is written by
people more knowledgeable than I.
However, I see no reason for the white GSD not to participate in the show
ring, although in a separate group. JMHO

Some have asked me, and without any good reason not to, I say, let them
show if they want. Don't make a white class, a sable class, a black class,

bi class. Just take out the disqualification and let them show with the
rest of us idiots.
