indubitably!
On show weekends we bathe every day. So do our dogs.
"Back brushing" for five or ten minutes daily is the best way to develop
coat.
For bathing, we have a new "Booster Bath" which we absolutely love!
For nails we use a grinder. Easy and painless.
Some dogs need more ear attention than others. For those we use a 50/50
mixture of alcohol and white vinegar on a regular basis.
Knuckle bones really help to keep those teeth healthy and clean.

To change the subject: With the fall shows just around the corner all of
those who are planning to show their dogs are certainly looking at their
coats to see what improvements can be made in that area. Which brings me to
the subject of not only shampoos but also supplements that could improve the
quality of the coat, plus checkup on ears and nails.
My question: What supplements do you use for the improvement of the your
dog's coat?
What shampoos/conditioners are you using?
How often do you bathe your dog?
How often do you groom your dog?
Do you have any grooming/bathing facilities in your
home/kennel?
What about the nail clipping? Do you use a dremel?
Teeth and ears checked - how often?
I am glad I only have one to show this year. But each year you are full of
excitement in hopes that your dog will be recognized and comes home with a
win, however the judges can see which dog has been well taken care of, they
have first-hand experience.
