AHA -- not so unusual --- honest, I had one with a WOLF -- after about a
year and a half, that animal did the same thing and was thrilled to see the
folks
she knew so well originally. These critters are AWESOME! Norma no L

I cried.. I sobbed. That story was wonderful!
I have whelped and gave the solo pup to a young friend who lost her Boss
daughter a few years ago. I co own the bitch that is two years old now
and
living here for the past year. Her young owner is going to school and
working
full time and lives in a tiny apartment. Not to mention some horrid illness
going on iwht her brother and nearly losing her mom. Well, I told her to
bring
the dog here until things settle down. "Cali" has been here foot loose and
fancy free on the ranch for a year now and swims daily and is ornery as can
be.
Her owner has not been able to come see her for awhile due to her living
arrangements in the city not to mention the full time college and jobs
now..and
the trips back and forth to Scottsdale and back to California. She had
Cali the first year when all was calm. ..But...not fair to leave a young
pup all
day in an apartment so I offered her to bring her here until things settled
down.
Then the video that Peggy sent about Christian the Lion gave me an idea...
I sent Britt the video and said...............
"THIS IS HOW "CALI" WILL ACT WHEN SHE SEES YOU!"..
Well, I shamed her in to making the trip after she saw the video and cried
her eyes out too.
Guess what? Cali did remember her and was all over her, crying and jumping
all over her and rubbing up against her.. we both cried again....
Britt is now trying EXTRA hard to find a house to rent with a yard so she
can take the little hyper monster back... LOL...
So heartwarming.....
