ACF is our best champion against BSL. They deserve every penny we can raise
for this cause. The Courts and the US Constitution are the only way these
people can be stopped, in this country. We need to support these attorneys.

This morning I received an email from Glen Bui from the American Canine
Foundation. It sent a chill through my body.
It reads..."At this time AKC Kennel Clubs are being forced to turn over
their data to LA County AC and must provide their member data bases."
He also included the following in his email that does give me some
hope..."ACF has filed a federal lawsuit against the State of California and
Los Angeles County to challenge mandatory spay and neuter laws with breeding
permits that require turning all registration papers over to animal control
who then can either approve or deny your right to breed your canines." (ACF
v Ben Sun, Los Angeles Co, San Francisco) Northern District Federal Court.
ACF is the organization that got BSL overturned in Ohio. Tellings vs. Ohio.
Ohio is appealing the verdict but if need be...ACF will take it all the way
to the Supreme Court.
The challenge against the city of LA may be the reason Riverside delayed
their hearing on their own MSN ordinance...
