OHG, this is bad. I hope AKC can fight this!!!! If not, the clubs in the
state need to hire Evan to take this up the federal ladder and get this thrown
out!!!

require turning all registration papers over to animal control who then can

Angeles Co, San Francisco) Northern District Federal Court.
ACF is the organization that got BSL overturned in Ohio. Tellings vs. Ohio.
Ohio is appealing the verdict but if need be...ACF will take it all the way to
the Supreme Court.
The challenge against the city of LA may be the reason Riverside delayed their
hearing on their own MSN ordinance...
