Great idea, Lew, now let's change the timeline for ROM's to be eligible in the
Parade. If my dog or bitch gets a ROM this month, they will not be allowed in
the Parade of Greats at the national, because they have not been published in
the Review. If I get an AOE or other qualifying title,I am eligible as long as
I can confirm it before closing. What is wrong with this picture? Also
Mephisto missed being eligible as a ROM producer last year, because he turned
seven on Saturday and the Parade was on Friday. If they are deserving after
seven, they are even more deserving before seven. With difficulty in
transporting dogs today, most dogs only get one chance to be presented in this
prestigious event . Both owners, breeders, exhibitors and spectators deserve
to see these animals..
