Thank you to all who have asked for an update on Charm. She had to spend the day at the vet's yesterday. She got more treatments and an ultrasound to make sure everything inside was still good. The catheter came out and she no longer needs IV fluids and pain meds. The change overnight has been great. She was really loopy when she got home and I had to force feed her. This morning, she ate well and got antsy at our normal play time. That isn't going to happen for awhile, but at least her brain is trying to get back to routine. She's much more alert and her stubborn side has kicked in. That's a really good sign. At this point, it looks like she will make a full recovery. There is something to be said for the power of thoughts and prayers :-) Laura Thomas ============================================================================ POST is Copyrighted 2011.
