[ SHOWGSD-L ] Charm needs your thoughts and prayers

After bugging you all for a couple months, you guys know about Charm, my Hero
Dog! This morning, I had to rush Charm to the vet. I thought she was
bloating. She wasn't. She was bleeding out. A tumor on her spleen ruptured
and it was a bleeder. She was rushed into surgery and her spleen removed.
Over 2 liters of blood was removed as well. She made thru surgery and I was
with her when she woke up. She lost a lot of blood and she was really weak. I
didn't get any promises but the vet said she is responding well. I'll go visit
her later today.
This was a really scary thing. It happened so fast. She had a perfectly
normal day yesterday. Had a spa day on Sat with nails, bath, blow dry. She
was happy last night and ate a normal dinner. She asked to go out about 1:30
am. That was not normal. At 5:30am, she was sleeping in the bathroom and
panting but didn't seem distressed and it was a warm night. At 7:30am, she was
back in my bedroom and non-responsive. I got her up and she could barely walk.
Got her in the front room, got the rest of the dogs out and called the vet.
Thanks for letting me share. It's been a rough morning.
