A Memorial Page in the Review is planned for Charlotte Poepping who passed
away April 7th. Many breeding programs benefitted from Charlotte and Joe's
Bel Vista bloodlines based on Art and Helen Hess' Hessian Kennels. Charlotte
had a "Zany Sense of Humor" and a special place in many of our hearts.
