I was told by Ken and Lew that new charges have been filed with the GSDCA by
the members of the WDA who brought the charges there. I was told they were
the same charges that were brought at the WDA, but I haven't seen them, so I
don't know what they are. I also saw the e-mail from Sharon to Lew about how
they were to be handled, as well as an e-mail from Lew about them, and Lew
told me that he was aware they were filed, but had not seen them yet. So, I
think it is safe to say, yes, charges have been filed against Ken.
I did see the letter listing the charges againt the members of the Executive
Committee. I saw who signed it, but I had nothing to do with it, so I don't
know if it was sent to Sharon or not. The letter did refer to enclosing the
$50.00 to file the charges and was specific about what the complaints were.
Again, while I did see the letter, I don't know if it went to Sharon or not.
