I love my central vac!!! It is 25 years old and no maintenance at all. The
beater bar only lasted about 8 years. So I got rid of most carpets room by
room!! I even use it in the garage and cellar. It is a Nutone. I use it every
day!! My last house had a Nutone and I used it for 10 years before we moved. My
mom has had a Nutone for about 40+ years with no issues at all!! I too want
the new kick plate that you put in the kitchen under the cabinet for a quick
sweep!!
