Barb, seems we have a co-owner of a bitch a lot like many responsders on the
Carmen issue. They are not able to forgive, forget and move on with their
lives. On judgment day I hope that God takes "the whole" of a persons life
into
account and not one single issue which is being done in this case.
As to the question, I think the 2d co-owner should come forward and admit to
telling the 1st co-owner to sign for her/him.
