Then Bill Collins put his picture in the Review when running for President, It was then actually made a rule no campaigning in the Review Then the letters started with Don Kille sending out to the membership when Dan Smith was running,and I was for VP. Don figured no one knew who Dan Smith was back then,and that opened the floodgates. Now everyone sends out letters to the membership and pays for the address labels.
