Carmen has been sending out these about quarterly for quite awhile. I signed
up for them on his website. Soon the roster is going to be available to
everyone. You are not supposed to use it for commercial or campaigning
purposes, but I am guessing there are some who will not abide by that.

I just checked my original email address, the one listed in the GSDCA
roster.
I hadn't emptied it in a couple of months. There were 575 emails, one from
Carmen, two from Bill on club business, one from my brother in law, and 571
spam emails, some of which were selling insurance and had my full name in
the
subject line.
I'm not sure what the rule is, but I thought the club roster could be
purchased for a fee by candidates? In any case, I'm sure I've received
email from
Carmen several times over the past several years, so if folks are implying
that
something underhanded is going on, with the intention of adding to the pile
of
accusations that have been waved in front of all of us by a few people, non
stop, for weeks now ... I think you'll have to lay the blame for this one on
a
past board... (not that I think anything was done wrong in this instance).
As to Carmen and his email... I am not a Carmen supporter and to be honest
I
never have been. However, what a nice surprise to find an email that was
actually about dogs!
