HI,
We use Canidae as a bi-weekly addition to our Raw. You can get it at 2000lbs
on a program for alot cheaper than sold in the Pet Food Stores. You may have
to go in with a bunch of local friends, but it's worth it. There was a woman
speaking on dog foods over the Radio last week. She was a Dog Food
Expert,(don't know her name but well renowned in the field), and she said
Canidae was one of the best. She also didn't work for any set company, either.

OK, I know that everyone has to do what he/she thinks is best, but I think
high-quality kibble has a lot to recommend it.
I feed Canidae. From their website: "CANIDAE Pet Foods also does not produc=

any of our products or formulations, and all ingredients are of US origin."
It IS expensive. I only feed two dogs; I know many of you feed far more tha=

I. I don't know how the cost of raw compares to the cost of this, but one o=

my dogs is on 2 cups a day and the other at 2.5 cups a day.
I do supplement with fresh protein, whether raw or cooked ground beef,
boiled chicken, eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt. I also use Dr. Kruger's.

Below are the main ingredients.
Chicken & Turkey Meal =AD (Human Grade) Hormone free, antibiotic free and
