Sally is right on w/ this. You may see some sales because of early
slaughtering, but next year prices will be wayyyyyyyyy up. (Pork projected
47%
higher). Stock up when chicken/pork/beef etc. goes on sale and fill your
freezers.
<I know this because I use a custom butcher. Long story, it al started w/
me needing marrow bones....>
