Ben developed a growth on his elbow. It was bony hard, and about the size of
a golf ball, and just as solid. We finally had them drill into it, and take
a core sample. Up to that point they were looking at the x-rays, and blood
samples, and said it appeared to be cancer, but couldn't biopsy it, since it
was so hard.
We suspected they were wrong. I do a lot of medical malpractice, and have
great suspician of doctors anyway, even though I have about 30 as clients. I
have learned both for your dogs, and for yourself to question everything.
With
my first bout of cancer I decided the chemo was harming me and demanded some
answers. The doctor finally admitted if I continued with it, it would have
killed me.
