One only has to look around at all the different venues and all the  
different types of shepherds being shown in them to see that movement  
is a matter of interpretation.  However, I still think it would be a  
good thing to put in OUR standard.

What does "high" mean?  Is scraping rear toes low enough?  What  about  
the
first part of the front reach, can it go up, and then come down,  
which  is
high and which is low.

Some times a phrase sounds good, but you need to be albe to define  it.
High for the Wright brothers is not what I would use for the  Shepherds.
