There are no rules at this time....but we certainly need to petition to get
some. What occurred at the futurity in question would not have been allowed
at any in the US. Some say the requirements are too
stringent......sometimes if integrity doesn't work, rules need to be in place
to ensure there is no
appearance of impropriety.
I agree, the situation was definitely one that could cause a heated
discussion on ethics.
