If there was not enough postage put on the mailings, I should think that the
mail would be returned to sender.
Perhaps it has but the ballot company just pitches them.
I think a committee (not already on the Board nor running for a position)
from our club would be better suited and more conscientious about getting the
mailings out in time and with correct postage.
