to move there because she never intended to move there.? (She did become a
landed immigrant in the 1980's but came back to California after 3 years).?

Franklin was staying at Woodside until she could find an apartment in
Washington.
Canada thought she might be an illegal immigrant...not!? She never intended to
work in Canada and is now in a gorgeous apartment in Blaine Washington.
