I would think it depends on where she was kept. If she was kept in a wire
cage, her feet/toes would tend to get stuck in the wire, that would definitely
cause this. Poor baby.

toes? She does NOT drag her toes. What could possibly be the cause of this?
I am someone experienced in rescue, but I've never seen this.
