[ SHOWGSD-L ] California law to neuter dogs

The proposed new California law Assembly Bill 1634 is in progress. The
committee met on Tuesday and plan to meet again in two weeks. It appears that
this
bill will probably be approved. I have looked at the list of organizations
that have written against it and I only find the names of two GSD Clubs on the
list. Los Angeles and Santa Maria/San Luis Bay.
If we are going to fight this proposed law we had better get on record. All
of the Shepherd clubs and, individuals, in California should write now. If you
need information, e mail me and I will foward contact information to you.
Don't sit on your hands and then complain because the state wants all of your
dogs neutered by 4 months of age.
