The board is not doing a site visit.
Originally we thought we would but because we wouldn't be going there
until 2014 or 2015.
Bill will check out the site and see if it is feasible.
We are getting a really good rate at the hotel ($100 a room) at LAX (The
Westin) and most Board members can fly in there on direct flights.
Also, Bill will be sending the information to Laura to send to the Board. When
all the details are
in order, everyone will know the Time and Place in LA, CA of the January Board
Meeting.
Tish is in Atlanta for the Thanksgiving weekend and will address this issue,
probably in constant
contact, when she returns.
