Yes it does depend on breed as well as the examing doctors comments

There is a big difference in the kind of CERF grade you get sometimes,
depending on who the Dr. is.
In Cavaliers, we have had some dogs refused because they had lipid
deposits...not only are those almost always temporary, they are not genetic.
