Sounds like the legislators in CA went to the same science and math
classes as the legislators in WA...you know the ones who think one bitch
over 4
months can produce 50 puppies in a year?
And they want more money for a failed education system?????
NOW we know why we have such a deficit...nobody can count and multiply!
