Remember, every conformation and obedience intact dog would have to  
have an Intact License if this passes.  Two citations between now  
and ..........forever, and you have to s/n anyway!



Just letting you all know that a good time to call CA ASMmembers now  
is during the off hours and this weekend, especially.  For most cell  
phone users nights and weekend calling is free:-)

There are several cheap on-line fax companies that you can use for a  
month or two.

If on a cell phone, it's easy to call in for your friends and/or  
relatives (if they are not one and the same:-).  Just utilize their  
zip codes:-)  I know several people in NY who used their friends  
addresses when fighting SB 250 before!!!!

"They" are doing it, why shouldn't we?
