I really don't see how you can separate one, from the other. They are
intertwined.
If is not part and parcel and our words alone are sufficient, then why
**Illustrate** at all. A lot more people are going to glance at the pics than
read
the text in depth. If it is not part of it, then it should put in with the
text. I don't believe it is possible to separate the two and have a good
standard, nor do I believe that changing EXISTING drawings already used, can be
taken as anything but a change to the Standard . If it is not, then why bother?
