Not so confusing' to your first question, no. The litter is "born" where
the bitch gives birth; if the bitch whelps in Canada they are Canadian
bred... NO they would not be eligible for the American Bred class.
Futurities/Maturities...different scenario. As long as one of the owners
of the bitch who whelped the puppies is a member of the PC of the country
hosting the F/M, the litter can be nominated. (That's how you see some dogs
shown in both the American and Canadian futurities etc.
