This is why they say breeding isnt for the faint...<g>
IF SHE WAS MY BITCH: I would do a complete blood panel, vaginal culture,
calcium check, also check for microplasma and brucellosis and also have her
thyroids tested. I woulndt breed her until I knew she could carry a healthy
litter of puppies.
I would also change vets and deal with one more in tune with reproductions
issues.
What I wouldnt do is start her on antibiotics just because, as you dont know
what you are treating for, and there is a likelihood of administering something
to your bitch that will load her system and doesnt help her situation.
Let us know what you find out, or let me know in private. Reproduction issues
are very intriguing to me.
