Well my questions were based on some things I have seen in other breeder

Wrong....the breeders code is NOT required for membership. As Tish posted
last week, they are going to present the ethics code for general membership
to
everyone.
She also reiterated that they were two separate documents.
Assumptions are so dangerous on this List.
